One of Greenbrier Ridge’s main focuses is making our community safer.  A major way we are increasing safety is by changing the layout of our community’s entrances and exits.  In conjunction with the City of Knoxville, we will be permanently moving the Lonas Drive entrance approximately 500 feet west of its current location.  We will then be closing the Papermill Road entrance permanently. Limiting access to one point will eliminate through traffic and help make our community more secure. 

Another improvement in the safety of our property will be the addition of a new mail center.  The new mail center will be covered and well lit.  It will also be moved to a much more visible location closer to the new entrance and the clubhouse.
